Using state-of-the-art Mayer & Cie machines, the yarn is tightly knitted into a cross-loop poly fleece structure to achieve a sturdy 300 GSM fabric. The result? A dense and premium knitted grey roll - soft, yet built to last.

Color That Lasts
We use soft flow dyeing with reactive dyes and a bio-silicon wash. This keeps the fabric soft while locking in rich Pantone-matched colors. No bleeding, no fading - just timeless tones.
Why bio-silicon wash?
It gently removes fiber fuzz with natural enzymes and finishes with silicone to reduce pilling, add softness, and give a smooth, premium feel.
Softness on the Inside
After dyeing, the fabric goes through a brushing process where fine metal brushes gently raise the inner fibers. This creates a soft, fleecy texture on the inside of the hoodie adding warmth, comfort, and that cozy feel you love from the very first wear.
No Shrinks, No Surprises
To prevent shrinkage and set the knitting structure, the fabric goes through Tubetex tubular compacting.
Why compacting matters?
Compacting not only prevents shrinkage but also enhances dimensional stability - meaning your T-shirt holds its shape wash after wash. It’s a key step in ensuring a lasting fit and a premium finish.
Rest Before Precision
Post-compacting, the fabric is stocked and relaxed for 24 hours. Relaxing the fabric after compacting allows it to settle into its final form, minimizing tension and distortion. This ensures cleaner, more accurate cuts and consistent sizing across every garment.

Before cutting, each fabric batch is quality-checked for flaws. Panels are then precisely cut and stitched using high-strength Coats threads, featuring a derby neckline and drop-shoulder fit.
Trimmed. Pressed. Perfected.
Post-stitching, each T-shirt is carefully trimmed, steam-ironed, and inspected for shape, sizing, and finish.
This final touch ensures every piece looks as good as it feels — crisp, clean, and ready to wear.
