When Can You Request an Exchange?

If you have any issue with size or color, we offer an exchange within the same style.

If you ordered multiple products in one order, you can exchange just the specific item you’re not happy with.

Exchanges are possible only once per order. Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.

Once an exchange process is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Pickup and replacement delivery will only be done at the address provided at the time of order placement.

Once approved, items will be collected within 2–3 working days.

The replacement item will be dispatched after we receive the original item and conduct a quality check.
