When Can You Request an Exchange?

  • If you have any issue with size or color, we offer an exchange within the same style.

  • If you ordered multiple products in one order, you can exchange just the specific item you’re not happy with.

  • Exchanges are possible only once per order. Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.

  • Once an exchange process is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Pickup and replacement delivery will only be done at the address provided at the time of order placement.

  • Once approved, items will be collected within 2–3 working days.

  • The replacement item will be dispatched after we receive the original item and conduct a quality check.
