Exchange Policy  

We want you to feel comfortable with your TeeTalkies purchase. If the size isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple free exchange process.

Exchange Eligibility  

  • Request exchange within 3 days of delivery

  • Only size exchanges are allowed.

  • Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact

  • Bundle products are not eligible for exchange. They can only be returned.

Exchange Process  

  • Once your exchange request is approved, pickup will be arranged from your delivery address

  • Once your exchange request is approved, the product will be collected within 2–4 working days. After pickup, it may take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse. Once received, the quality check will be completed within 24–48 hours. Replacement will be processed only after the product passes the quality check.

  •  Once the quality check is cleared, the replacement product will be shipped.

Can I exchange my order for a different color or product?

No, exchange is available only for the same product in a different size.

Can I exchange a bundle product?

No, bundle products are not eligible for exchange. They can only be returned as per our return policy.

Can an exchanged product be exchanged again?

No, products received through exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Can I cancel my exchange request after placing it?

No, once an exchange request is placed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

What if exchange pickup is not available in my pincode?

If pickup is not available in your pincode, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

What will I get if I self-ship the product for exchange?

Once the product is received and passes the quality check, we will issue 100 TeeTalkies store credits that you can use on your future orders.
