Exchange Policy – TeeTalkies

At TeeTalkies, we want every color and fit you choose to feel just right and we’re happy to make that happen for you.

When Can You Request an Exchange?
  • If you have any issue with size or color, we offer an exchange within the same style.

  • If you ordered multiple products in one order, you can also exchange just the specific item you’re not happy with.

  • Exchanges are possible only once per order. Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.

  • Once an exchange process is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. 

How to Request an Exchange

including the order number, and allow us 2-3 working days to process your request.

Exchange Conditions

The items must be unused in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Pickup and replacement delivery will only be done at the address provided at the time of order placement.

Once approved, items will be collected within 2-3 working days. The replacement item will be dispatched after we receive the items and conduct a quality check.
