For bundle orders, the complete bundle must be returned together
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, the product will be collected within 2–4 working days. After pickup, it may take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse. Once received, the quality check will be completed within 24–48 hours. Refund will be processed only after the product passes the quality check.
Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to your original payment method after deducting Rs. 50 per product

COD Orders: Refund will be issued as store credits after deducting Rs. 50 per product and applicable COD charges
Damaged or Defective Products
Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Unboxing video and product photos are required. Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted.

No, for bundle orders, the complete bundle must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted.

What if pickup is not available in my pincode?
If your pincode is not serviceable, or if you are unavailable during pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
