Return & Exchange Policy – TeeTalkies

We want you to love your TeeTalkies purchase! If your order isn’t quite right, no worries—we’ve got you covered with a hassle-free 7-day exchange and return policy.

Need a different size? No problem!

  • We offer a free exchange for size changes within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Receive a damaged product? We’ll fix it!

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, just send us clear images or a video of the issue, and we’ll sort it out.

  • We’ll either replace it or offer a store credit, depending on your preference.

How refunds work

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds go straight back to your original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be sent to your bank account or UPI (just share your details with us). COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returning or exchanging is super easy!

Just follow these simple steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at support@teetalkies.com or call/WhatsApp us at 97868 13135.

  2. Share your order details and, if required, photos/videos of the product.

  3. We’ll confirm your request and provide return/exchange details.

  4. Pack your item securely and keep it ready for pickup.

  5. Once we receive the product and check it, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Returns & exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • We take extra care in packaging, but transit damage isn’t covered unless it's a clear manufacturing defect.
