How to Request a Return

Return Process

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Pickup will only be done at the address provided at the time of order placement.

  • Once approved, items will be collected within 2–6 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive the items and complete a quality check.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days from the pickup date.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided only in the form of store credits. Please note that a ₹39 COD handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credits, which you can use on your next purchase at TeeTalkies.

Damaged or Manufacturing Defects

In case you receive a damaged product or face any manufacturing defect:

  • You must share an unboxing video and clear photos of the product at the time of raising the return/exchange request.

  • Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process claims related to damage or manufacturing defects.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
