Tight Knit, Just Right
Using state-of-the-art Mayer & Cie machines, high-quality yarn blended with Lycra is tightly knitted to produce a sturdy 180 GSM fabric. The result is a dense and premium dyed roll-soft to the touch, yet built to last.
Why Mayer & Cie?
These German-engineered machines ensure exceptional precision and fabric consistency. They create uniform loops that give our T-shirts their signature weight, stretch, and durability without compromising on softness.
Stabilized & Softened to Last
Before finishing, the fabric undergoes a heat setting process to stabilize its structure. This helps stretchable fabrics return to their original shape and maintain elasticity over time.
We then treat the fabric with a bio-silicon wash. It gently removes fiber fuzz using natural enzymes and finishes with silicone to reduce pilling, enhance softness, and give a smooth, premium feel.
No Shrinks, No Surprises
To prevent shrinkage and set the knitting structure, the fabric goes through Tubetex tubular compacting.
Why compacting matters?
Compacting not only prevents shrinkage but also enhances dimensional stability - meaning your T-shirt holds its shape wash after wash. It’s a key step in ensuring a lasting fit and a premium finish.
Rest Before Precision
Post-compacting, the fabric is stocked and relaxed for 48 hours. Relaxing the fabric after compacting allows it to settle into its final form, minimizing tension and distortion. This ensures cleaner, more accurate cuts and consistent sizing across every garment.

Before cutting, each fabric batch is quality-checked for flaws. Panels are then precisely cut and stitched using high-strength Coats threads, featuring a derby neckline and drop-shoulder fit.
Trimmed. Pressed. Perfected.
Post-stitching, each T-shirt is carefully trimmed, steam-ironed, and inspected for shape, sizing, and finish.
This final touch ensures every piece looks as good as it feels - crisp, clean, and ready to wear.
