Why didn’t I receive my referral reward?
Referral rewards are issued only after your friend completes a successful purchase.
Your reward may not be added if:
1) The order was cancelled
2) The order was returned
3) The order failed or wasn’t delivered
4) You used your own referral code
5) The order didn’t meet the minimum value
6) The lock-in period is still active
Once the order is verified as successful, your reward will be added automatically.
